The Standing Committee on Honorary Life Membership is the responsibility of the Past President. Their task is to convene the committee and charge them to call for nominations from the members for candidates for honorary life membership.  The Standing Committee then works with the Past President to review those nominations and make up to two recommendations to the Board, which then confers the Honorary Life Membership.
