Following years of first-hand experience bridging research and practice, my current interests are in the interdisciplinary fields of healthcare and aging, with a focus on promoting digital inclusion.

I have a Ph.D. from New York University in music education. My doctoral research was conducted in Helsinki, Finland, where I investigated the development of performer identity among classical piano students, emphasizing how improvisation can challenge and transform their deeply ingrained musical habits as a sociological study.
