PhDr Jarmila Kotůlková is a graduate of piano at Prague Conservatoire of Music, having studied education and psychology at Charles University of Prague. While teaching at the Prague Conservatory of Music, she participated in the ISME Commission: Education of the Professional Musician Commission. After 50 years of teaching, she is now retired, however continues to sub music lessons at the International School of Prague and shows daily her interest in early childhood music and movement in her private studio. Jarka’s lifelong endeavor is to seek new ways of teaching. Her professional credo is shaped by creativity through music associated with movement, instrumental play, musical theater and visual arts. She is active in Czech Orff Society, Orff Forum, Reggio Emilia.
