Veronika Phung is a research assistant at University of Cologne (Germany). She studied Music and English for the teacher's degree, finished her teacher training and has taught for several years at a secondary school.
Her research focuses on interactions between students and teachers in music lessons with regard to processes of recognition and of subjectivation during classroom music-making. She currently teaches students in music pedagogy at the university and conducts a choir.
