Leung is the President of the Hong Kong Association for Music Educators (HAME), the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Composers' Guild (HKCG), a Commissioner of the ISME's Music in School and Teacher Education Commission (MISTEC), an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) and an Apple Learning Coach. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Cultural and Creative Arts of The Education University of Hong Kong.
