The ISME Young Professional Focus Group (YPFG) is organizing its first Pre-conference meeting from 31 July until 1 August, 2010, prior to the 29th ISME World Conference 2010 to be held in China Conservatory of Music, Beijing, China.

The purpose of the meeting is to facilitate the professional growth of the less experienced ISME members; to enhance the communication among young professionals of ISME; to increase young professionals’ understanding of ISME and its work as well as for the ISME administrators to understand and serve the needs of young professionals. There will be workshops and meetings specially catered for young professionals.

All presenters at ISME Conferences are required to be ISME Individual Members at the time of submission, acceptance to present and at the time of presentation.

Student Discounts

Please note that there are heavily discounted fees for full time students, for both ISME Membership and for Conference registration.

Low cost accommodation will be available during the Conference and sharing rooms or apartments may help to reduce costs during the Conference week.
