ISME World Conference 2010: Registrations

We extend our sincere invitation to all of you to the 29th ISME World Conference which will be held at the China National Convention Centre which is situated at the Olympic National Park, Beijing! and also at the China Conservatory of Music.
The ISME Conference is an important event for those involved in music and music education.
You are invited to register for the 2010 Conference.
IMPORTANT: To register for the World Conference you will need to first log onto the ISME members website as an ISME Individual Member. Allow processing time of one week to renew or join ISME in order to meet the early bird deadlines.
Chinese presenters must be ISME Individual Members.
Mainland Chinese delegates (non presenters) must be members of the CSME (Chinese Society for Music Education.

Delegates and Presenters can enjoy excellent professional development, concerts and networking with colleagues.
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend with ISME Conference delegates. The registration for accompanying persons is on the delegates registration form - it is not a separate form.
Delegates are required to be ISME Members at the time of registration.
Presenters are required to be ISME Members at the time or submission, acceptance and at the time of presentation.
An email Postcard will be sent to all ISME Members when registrations are open.

Easy steps to register
- Check your membership status -you will first need to log onto the ISME members website as an ISME Individual Member
- Fill out the registration form online (you may wish to print a copy for your own records)
- Pay the fees. You are not registered until the payment has been processed
Cancellation Policy
You are advised to apply early for travel visas to avoid cancellation of your registration.
- All changes (including requests for name changes) must be emailed by 1st July 2010 to isme@isme.org.
- Registration fee cancellations prior to 30 June 2010 will be refunded with a deduction of 20% for administration fees.
- Registration fee cancellations between 1st July and 15 July 2010 will be refunded with a deduction of 50% for administration fees.
- No registration fee refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 July 2010.
