It is an honour for China to host the 29th International Society for Music Education World Conference in Beijing. ISME 2010 marks the first ISME World Conference to meet in China.

We invite exhibitors from all over the world to join us and be a part of the endeavour to not only promote music education but also to take advantage of networking possibilities among other music counterparts.

Exhibitors will have ample opportunities to market and showcase their products to music educators from all over the world, with special product workshop sessions arranged as part of the conference programme. This important event is hosted by the International Society for Music Education (ISME), China Society for Music Education (CSME) and China Conservatory of Music (CCM), and undertaken by CMEC International Exhibition Co., Ltd., is to be held on August 1-5, 2010 in China National Convention Center. Exhibition Fee

Types Price Description
Standard Booth 1,700 USD / Booth 3x3m. Including carpet, enclosing boards, spotlight, folding chair, consultation table, 220V/5A power socket, wastepaper basket and services of cleaning.
Ground Floor 170 USD / m2 Minimum 36 m2. The participants who subscribe Ground Floor should pay the additional expenses of carpet, water, electricity, design, decoration and field management.

As one of the most important parts of ISME 29th World Conference, the show has won the support of China Central Government and Beijing Municipal Government. Almost 10 China national level enterprises have planned to attend the Show. With the support of ISME, the organizing committee and International Musical Instrument Society, wholesalers and retailers worldwide are invited to the exhibition. Already has 300 major exhibitors have applied for the exhibition so far. The Show makes it possible for overseas and domestic companies to discuss business and realize cooperation.

CMEC International Exhibition Company has made excellent plans to facilitate your exhibit. In order to enhance the range of exhibition publicity, the organizing committee is now promoting in the major Chinese cities. The organizing committee is also currently inviting prominent musical instruments agents and dealers to attend the Show. Plans for including exhibition services, exhibition attendance and site preparation are in progress.

Dates, Times and Further Information

The Exhibition will open on Monday 2nd August at 9.45am and close on Friday 6th August at 12 noon. Exhibitors will be required to be out by 2pm and dismantle the booths between 12 noon and 1.55 pm.
