The list of hotels as well as information about prices and services can be found here.
The hotels listed here are those within relative easy access to the China National Convention Centre (CNCC), and which have agreed to give ISME delegates special discounted rates.

IMPORTANT
Booking through China Star Professionals will give you the following advantages:
- Prices listed are for group rates as negotiated by China Star Professionals. If delegates book with the hotels directly, they will be charged rates for individuals and will be subject to a further 15% service charge and breakfast may not be included.
- Breakfast (Chinese/Western buffet) and service charges are included.
- Non-smoking rooms can be requested (this is not common in Chinese hotels, but will be arranged, as far as possible for those booking with China Star Professionals).
- China Star Professionals can offer packages including tours
- Some hotels will offer a shuttle service to the Convention Center and China Conservatory
Cancellation policy will be provided by China Star Professionals with your booking.

All prices are per room (double, or twin). Extra beds are available on request (at extra cost).
Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Unless otherwise stated in the notes, all the hotel prices include:
- Breakfast
- Air-conditioning in the rooms
- Internet access in rooms – Unless otherwise stated on the list
The hotel area is about 20 minutes walk from the CNCC. Taxis between the two are inexpensive (approx. 10 RMB = $US 1.50 and can be shared. Traffic can be very heavy at certain times of day, so a 20 minute walk across the Olympic Park may be preferable.
